Interesting.  I thought I could put that annotaion on an assignment.  I 
guess not.  Oh well.


     public PriorityQueue(int size) throws BadSizeException {
         if (0 <= size) {

             Da[] temp = (Da[]) new Object[ size ];
             queue = temp;
