Oh, well if you have Windows, there's a certain other piece of software 
you'll need to install first :).

Yes, and it's called jna! There's an impressive range of Java stuff in the 
Fedora repositories; given that the Java world tends to have its own ways 
of doing dependency management (whether Maven or just shipping zips of 
jars), i find this a little surprising, but it's certainly convenient.
