That is boilerplate that Neil's IDE inserted into his code snippet, and he was 
too careless or inconsiderate to remove it before posting. I don't understand 
why anyone would leave such nonsense in their code, or for that matter why they 
didn't themselves go into "Tools / Templates and open the template in the 
editor" and make a more appropriate template. He's just lazy, I suppose, and 
obviously doesn't give a rat's ass about good Javadoc comments.

Ignore it.
