With quotations, this sort of callback interface will be seen more 
frequently.  If there are concerns about optimization: Any analytical 
compiler with inlining can convert this interface to a "template based" one, 
and for those who can't, the performance difference isn't big, either.  The 
EXECUTE in the loop, after all, is perfectly predicted.
