Both of those observations apply equally to the current versions of your own 
i-Catcher software.

Not that it surprises me of course because Micro$oft change their guidelines 
and their operating systems so often that I doubt anybody can ever truly 
keep up. In fact Micro$oft themselves have produced things which were not 
written in accordance with Micro$oft's guidelines, some of which were 
actually part of the operating system itself, so what chance the rest of us 
:-)
