vbaddini.ini in the Windows directory. (Same as on the XP box.)

I had forgotten that using and administrative account isn't the same 
as run as administrator in Win7. When I set it to run as 
administrator, it works right. And once I edit the proprties of the 
.exe to run as admin, I can double-click on the vbp files to open 
them, and all is well.
