Well remember, Microsoft considers that to be *app-data*, not the 
users!  Basis for that assertion, you ask?  If a message expires on the 
server, OE dutifully removes it from the local store, as well.  So, 
really, no point in backing it up.  It's "on the cloud", man.  (Yes, 
the sarcasm you hear is very real, and well earned. <groan>)

Yeah, the emails are a bit different story, digression above aside. <g> 
 I used to use a utility I found on Tomsterdam to reassign the default 
data store(s) for OE.
