Facilities at this commitment level are either environmentally secure, staff secure, or are hardware-secure with walls, fencing, or locking doors. Residential facilities at this commitment level shall have no more than 90 beds each, including campus-style programs, unless those campus-style programs include more than one treatment program using different treatment protocols, and have facilities that coexist separately in distinct locations on the same property. Facilities at this commitment level shall provide 24-hour awake supervision, custody, care, and treatment of residents. Youth assessed and classified for placement in programs at this commitment level represent a low or moderate risk to public safety and require close supervision. Youth assessed and classified for this level of placement require close supervision in a structured residential setting. Placement in programs at this level is prompted by a concern for public safety that outweighs placement in programs at lower commitment levels. While I could understand Bovada possibly not wanting people betting thousands and thousands of dollars on one selection, the limit for some bets were in the very low hundreds.</div><div></div><div></div><div>I reached out to customer service to see what the issue was, as I want to take some big action on certain sports. They informed me numerous times that it depends on bet type, sport and "discretion of the Book Manager." However, I know for a fact that other users bet about twice as much as I was trying to risk on the same exact selection. Customer Service kept going in circles, telling me what I mentioned above and also insisting this is how it is for all users and not just my account. They also pointed me to their Info/FAQ about maximum bets. I get all that.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Has anyone else run into this issue, where they cannot place a bet for what they are willing to risk? It is even more frustrating to find out other users are able to place their desired bets and Bovada takes their action while continuing to deny it (or at least not address it directly) when I ask what can be done to increase/remove the limit.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>985.313 Maximum-risk residential program.--A maximum-risk residential program is a physically secure residential commitment program with a designated length of stay from 18 months to 36 months, primarily serving children 13 years of age to 19 years of age, or until the jurisdiction of the court expires. However, certain groups of people in the United States are more likely to get HIV than others because of particular factors, including the communities in which they live, what subpopulations they belong to, and their risk behaviors.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Subpopulations. In the United States, gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men are the population most affected by HIV. According to CDC, of the 30,635 new HIV diagnoses in the U.S. in 2020, 68% (20,758) were among gay and bisexual men.a By race/ethnicity, Blacks/African Americans and Hispanics/Latinos are disproportionately affected by HIV compared to other racial and ethnic groups. Also, transgender women who have sex with men are among the groups at highest risk for HIV infection. People who inject drugs remain at significant risk for getting HIV as well.</div><div></div><div></div><div>The NHAS further acknowledges populations with or experiencing risk for HIV whose circumstances warrant specific attention and tailored services. This includes immigrants, individuals with disabilities, justice-involved individuals, older adults, people experiencing housing instability or homelessness, and sex workers. The Strategy also focuses on social determinants of health, the conditions where people live, learn, work, and play, that influence HIV risk or outcomes.</div><div></div><div></div><div>For reference, herewith is an updated schedule of "Suggested Maximum Risk" amounts for a cross section of US title insurance companies. We welcome any title insurance company not listed that wishes to be included in future updates of this memorandum to provide us with their uniform statutory annual financial statements. The schedule is based on the insurers' financial reports to State regulatory agencies for the year ending December 31, 2022. The "Suggested Maximum Risk" is just that, a suggestion as to the most title insurance risk a particular insurance company may be allowed to retain on a given project or financing. In most instances, the title insurance companies can legally accept more risk (and would be happy to do so) and this schedule is intended only as one possible guideline for when it may be appropriate in larger transactions to consider diversifying the title insurance risk (by requiring coinsurance and/or reinsurance) based on the financial size of the companies involved. [*] The determination of when to require that such risk be diversified rests ultimately with the insured procuring title insurance and can appropriately take into account a number of factors beyond the scope of this memorandum, as further described below. The schedule indicates which insurers are affiliated companies, identifying the parent company under the heading "Corporate Group" where applicable. Particularly in larger transactions, real estate investors and lenders may prefer to treat one "Corporate Group" as a single insurer and require that risk be shared with unaffiliated companies through reinsurance and/or or co-insurance.</div><div></div><div> df19127ead</div>
