So recently I'v= e run into an issue on Bovada where my cumulative risk for a certain bet ex= ceeds the maximum bet limit set by Bovada and ultimately I cannot place the= bet for the desired amount. While I could understand Bovada possibly not w= anting people betting thousands and thousands of dollars on one selection, = the limit for some bets were in the very low hundreds.
I reached out to customer service to see what the issue was, as= I want to take some big action on certain sports. They informed me numerou= s times that it depends on bet type, sport and "discretion of the Book Mana= ger." However, I know for a fact that other users bet about twice as much a= s I was trying to risk on the same exact selection. Customer Service kept g= oing in circles, telling me what I mentioned above and also insisting this = is how it is for all users and not just my account. They also pointed me to= their Info/FAQ about maximum bets. I get all that.
Has anyone else run into this issue, where they cannot place a bet= for what they are willing to risk? It is even more frustrating to find out= other users are able to place their desired bets and Bovada takes their ac= tion while continuing to deny it (or at least not address it directly) when= I ask what can be done to increase/remove the limit.

HIV can affect anyone regardless of sexual orientation, race= , ethnicity, gender, age, or where they live. However, certain groups of pe= ople in the United States are more likely to get HIV than others because of= particular factors, including the communities in which they live, what sub= populations they belong to, and their risk behaviors.
=
Subpopulations. In the United States, gay, bisexual, and other m= en who have sex with men are the population most affected by HIV. According= to CDC, of the 30,635 new HIV diagnoses in the U.S. in 2020, 68% (20,758) = were among gay and bisexual men.a By race/ethnicity, Blacks/African America= ns and Hispanics/Latinos are disproportionately affected by HIV compared to= other racial and ethnic groups. Also, transgender women who have sex with = men are among the groups at highest risk for HIV infection. People who inje= ct drugs remain at significant risk for getting HIV as well.
The NHAS further acknowledges populations with or experie= ncing risk for HIV whose circumstances warrant specific attention and tailo= red services. This includes immigrants, individuals with disabilities, just= ice-involved individuals, older adults, people experiencing housing instabi= lity or homelessness, and sex workers. The Strategy also focuses on social = determinants of health, the conditions where people live, learn, work, and = play, that influence HIV risk or outcomes.
= For reference, herewith is an updated schedule of "Suggested Maximum Risk" = amounts for a cross section of US title insurance companies. We welcome any= title insurance company not listed that wishes to be included in future up= dates of this memorandum to provide us with their uniform statutory annual = financial statements. The schedule is based on the insurers' financial repo= rts to State regulatory agencies for the year ending December 31, 2022. The= "Suggested Maximum Risk" is just that, a suggestion as to the most title i= nsurance risk a particular insurance company may be allowed to retain on a = given project or financing. In most instances, the title insurance companie= s can legally accept more risk (and would be happy to do so) and this sched= ule is intended only as one possible guideline for when it may be appropria= te in larger transactions to consider diversifying the title insurance risk= (by requiring coinsurance and/or reinsurance) based on the financial size = of the companies involved. [*] The determination of when to require that su= ch risk be diversified rests ultimately with the insured procuring title in= surance and can appropriately take into account a number of factors beyond = the scope of this memorandum, as further described below. The schedule indi= cates which insurers are affiliated companies, identifying the parent compa= ny under the heading "Corporate Group" where applicable. Particularly in la= rger transactions, real estate investors and lenders may prefer to treat on= e "Corporate Group" as a single insurer and require that risk be shared wit= h unaffiliated companies through reinsurance and/or or co-insurance.
