This .NET Framework cleanup tool is designed to automatically perform a set of steps to remove selected versions of the .NET Framework from a computer. It will remove files, directories, registry keys and values and Windows Installer product registration information for the .NET Framework. I am having this same problem, (but I think there is some kind of virus or something on my computer)... when I am on microsofts website and try to download net framework 3.5, the page always goes blank and I get the "page cannot be displayed" message.. If I found it anywhere else on any other website, that may work..

Does anyone have this install or know where I can go to get it? the site is unavailable, and I am having a blinking cursor for 1minute upon boot after installing the .net framework 3.5 sp1, I removed but it still is doing it now. Any help is appriciated.
