Dear Peter,
I intend to use Gnuplot with the tikz terminal. At the moment,
Gnuplot4.5 is locally in one folder installed. Does it need to be
globally installed to be able to use it with LaTeX and Tikz, please?
I am trying to find out how to use the .tex-file I get from set
terminal tikz in my Latex-Documents. I manage to get a gnuplot-lua-
tikz.sty and a gnuplotfile.tex as outputfiles.
Unfortunately, the gnuplotfile.tex has a complete latex-header with
\begin{document} etc. I would have to delete this by hand when I would
like to use \input{gnuplotfile.tex} in the tikzpicture-environment
which is not feasible for tens of plots.
Is there a workaround, please? I have not understood as well the
meaning of gnuplot-lua-tikz.sty. Is this a different file for every
figure, please? Or a general file that needs to be loaded only once
into my LaTeX-preamble?
Thank you very much for your help.
Kind regards
G.
