wcheck-mode here too, and the reason for it was probably so that,
besides other languages, I could also use voikko with the same
spellchecking interface in Emacs.

I also have to change language manually, and select only one, but so far
I had no need to try to get something that handles different languages
on the fly in the same buffer.

And currently I still need to reinstall voikko on this system...
