It isn't. There is a reason why PostgreSQL has been largely ignored by 
business community. Actually, there are several reasons:

- No hints
- Partitioning is a joke: no global indexes, optimizer problems.
- No built-in parallelism.

PostgreSQL is simply inadequate.
