Can I please have the address of the scholastic organization in
India who is responsible for Indians using the word "doubt"
when they mean "question"?

I realize that sounded rather prejudiced, but I have encounted
at least a dozen people who have made this usage error; all of
them were from India, and all of them were bright, well educated
individuals otherwise.
