No longer available. Best they have now is $12 a month. And its only 3G.

Jeenee is better at $10/month with a little less data than southern phone,
1GB instead of 1.5GB. But Optus 4G+. More data for more money obviously.

We've all moved to jeenee now.

When you get these cheaper plans what is the reception like? I used to be
with vodaphone and when the area got busy, vodaphone cut off but people
with telstra had no problem. Telstra gave higher priority to its own
customers.

Identical in our case with Optus MVPs. A couple drop from 4G+
to 3G for just the extremely high data allowances, and southern
phone is only 3G for all of their Super plans. Aldi was only a subset
of the Telstra coverage but that hasn't been true for a while now.

Not clear what happens with Vodafone MVPs because
they are useless here, don't even have decent coverage
inside the house so I have ignored their MVPs.

And while I have had a Vodafone no contract plan for more
than a decade which had no monthly fee at all, the stupid
fuckers just told me yesterday that they have very generously
upgraded me to the VM 30 plan which costs $30 a month, so I
quite literally told them to shove that where the sun don't shine.

Don't get that effect with Optus.

Vodaphone are nothing but a crooked scam in my experience avoid like
plague. Worked around a month then absolutely nothing, confirmed in
whirlpool so it seems deliberate.

I am trying to make friends outside. of Facebook
while applying the same pnciples.
Therefore, every day I walk down the street
and tell passers-by what I have eat how I feel at the moment, what I have done the night before, what I will do later and with whom.
I give them pictures of my family, my dog and of me gardening,
taking things apart in the garage, watering the lawn, standing
in front of landmarks, driving around town, having lunch and doing
what anybody and everybody does every day.
I also listen to their conversations, give them the "thumbs up"
and tell them I like them.
And it works just like Facebook!
I already have four people following me: two police officers, a private investigator and a psychiatrist.

So how do you know it would be cheaper than using Aldi?

Amaysim is also 4G
I pay (top up) $30 every 4 months
I don't see ALDI beating that?

For me, Aldi wins quite simply by using the Telstra network, Optus is
quite patchy at best in NE Tas, so the better value is moot for me.

Maybe you need new glasses, Helstra network is far better that Optarse.
Aldi has an expiry of 360 days for added credit and it rolls over. So $15
for
a year of credit is not as good as 90 days. Your cretinism is showing again.

If you're in the Sydney metro area of all places, then obviously
you'll get good coverage.
