Even sillier than you usually manage. That fool Rudd
was actually stupid enough to go for a govt operation
to do the NBN and that was never going to be viable.

It was as Turdbull points out, a complete and utter train wreck which 
Turdbull
made even worse. Nothing whatever to do with any damned yank except Morrow.
