That number is straight from someone's arse, you can tell from the smell.

And is completely irrelevant to why the majority choose
to only pay for the lower speed services even when they can
have a much higher speed if they want to pay for it anyway.

The vast majority of those on FTTP which can do 100/40
for anyone who wants it only choose to have a 25/5 service.

Even sillier than you usually manage, and that's saying something. .

And Turdbull is talking about the return the NBN gets on the money it has
borrowed, not the return to the country in alleged increased GDP anyway.

The original pure FTTP NBN was never going to be profitable.
