I haven't come across any that don't for years now. That fishing group
admin is just another pack of dinosaurs that doesn't have a fucking clue.

In fact the vast bulk of modern registration forms even allow you to use
facebook to register and its trivial to get a disposable facebook account.

The problem with those is that they stop working when you change ISPs.
