  That probably wasn't 'Full HD',i.e. 1920x1080, but only semi-HD, ie.
1280x720.

  No chance with 3G, unless you have some provider with some niche kind
of '3G++'. As I said, you need 4G. 'hoping' will get you nowhere.

  That shouldn't be a problem with a mobile WiFi 'dongle'/box. If it
*is* a problem, then just return the device, get your money back and buy
a better one.
