I was just talking to one of them a couple of days ago because he is talking about setting up as a butcher here with another turk who I also know very well. Basically while they can get halal meat fine in woolys etc, they can't get halal sausages for some reason and their little kids prefer sausages to kebabs etc just because they are easier to eat with little kid's teeth. So they are considering doing that themselves.
