because we don't normally eat seeds, it's not natural to do so, so some 
may be harmful to us in some way. what research has been done to 
establish that pulverising the seeds of common fruit or plants we eat is 
harmless? apple seeds for example contain
a cyanide compound that is released during pulverisation. peach and 
apricot pits are also dangerous.
