In its Yast repo/s it has 7.1.5.2 which is a conventional package. Its Discover package handler doesn't have flathub active by default; optionally so. So, in that sense, the rolling tumbleweed has a newer conventional package than the point release focal ubuntu of KDE Neon. It is possible that focal Kubuntu would have some newer app/s in its repo/s than Neon, whichh focuses on the newest KDE but not the newest sub-point release of LTS Ub. Some areas 'bleeding edge' is too strong a word; I wouldn't consider the 'beginning' of LO 7 to be bleeding edge like 'fresh dailies' for which there is an Ub .ppa. -- Mike Easter
