From an unlocked plasma session, click on the start menu, select "Leave"
and from there "Switch User".

How it looks in sddm I'm not sure as I'm still using KDM and in the
process of converting my multi seat configuration to LightDM, but
nowadays even sddm has support for multi seated setup.
