It sounds like the wifi is isolating clients from the rest of your LAN,
normally the switch between wired and wireless would be "invisible" to
the machines.  You'll most likely need to check your router's WiFi
configuration.

NFS or SSHFS would be my goto (I believe Win11 supports NFS, once you go
through "Settings" or "Control Panel" to enable that particular
service).  If you've got to share with more than W10/11, then setup one
of the windows hosts as the sharing server, and use samba to connect to
it from Linux.
