Many or even most people who are put in charge of using household 
cleaners know nothing about the chemistry or their proper uses nor do 
they have any interest in learning it at all; similarly many or even 
most people who are put in the administrative role of managing their 
computer have no interest in learning anything about such admin.

They wish for it to be like a TV set that they turn on and use without 
having to know anything about its administration other than the on/off 
switch and channel changer.
