I don't understand the meaning of your gripe.

Some customer wants Tb or Bb removed from their 'what' - desktop or 
laptop computer such as running windows or linux or Mac?

Because they are using webmail on their desktop/laptop?

I don't know what 'they want it like they have it on their phones' means 
because I don't use a 'webmail on a phone' - in fact, for all practical 
purposes, I don't use a cell phone at all, so clarify as if you were 
speaking to a person who doesn't know the meaning of webmail + phone.

I do understand the concept of having such as an android app on a phone, 
and I actually do have an android phone which can use apps from google 
play such as one named Webmail which can get and receive gmail on a phone.

I'm trying to imagine a meaning to the gripe as possibly being; a 
customer of yours uses Webmail on his android phone for his gmail, and 
so he also wants 'something like' webmail on his laptop computer running 
windows, but he doesn't know how to rig that and/or he doesn't 
understand how to make Tb or Bb work like Webmail on android. Or what?

Is that it?
