They find TB "too difficult". But they did not ask me to delete TB. One asked me for help because gmail mail account was using too much space and they were getting warnings to buy more space. I created a 2nd gmail account, and demonstrated using TB to move email from one account to another, using a filter to move big, old, emails. She sends/receives a lot of mail with photos, so she doesn't want to delete those emails. I doubt she would be able to use TB on her own, though. -- Cheers, Carlos. ES🇪🇸, EU🇪🇺;
