Yes, SeaMonkey has that setting and yes, I had it set to "Ask me every 
time" so I changed it.  Now the question is can I see how it is set to 
respond automatically?  I did check the "Remember this decision" box so 
I would hope that is being stored somewhere.  Can I inspect that stored 
setting?
