He is a Nigerian civil servant who is currently preoccupied with finding a legitimate foreign business partner with whom he can share the proceeds of an accidental government overpayment on a procurement contract. Many of us on this newsgroup are already heavily invested with him, but lack the financial clout to help him in a meaningful way.
