Stuff they ask to choose from are often logically flawed. Same with the IRS.

became member of DTO (Digital Trading Organization) which replaces WTO's 
role for Iran. 50 nations in the world have joined this organization. 
Trading is free among them without any discrimination. No sanctions. No
