So the hardware and the bundled licensed games are legit, although they obviously don't get the license to use the trademarks "Sinclair" or "ZX Spectrum". However, two of the people heading up Retro Games Ltd are Paul Andrews and Chris Smith. They were previously directors of Retro Computers Ltd, which was responsible for the ill-fated Spectrum Vega. So take that as you will.
