It's being made by Retro Games Ltd, who previously released the C64 Mini
and Amiga 500 Mini, among others. So the hardware and the bundled
licensed games are legit, although they obviously don't get the license
to use the trademarks "Sinclair" or "ZX Spectrum".

However, two of the people heading up Retro Games Ltd are Paul Andrews
and Chris Smith. They were previously directors of Retro Computers Ltd,
which was responsible for the ill-fated Spectrum Vega. So take that as
you will.
