The coughing is likely from the cold making my nose run and the running
going into my throat from inhaling a lot of air while biking. Also
smoking a lot may possibly be a contributing factor...

Me proclaiming dominion over Finland isn't going to be a deciding factor
in a possible annexation by Russia, I don't think. Also they a going to
be part of NATO soon, which will probably halt any potential annexation
plans... Also they have a lot of reserves ready to be called up. More
than me, certainly. And possibly more that Putin by now...
