Do I think it is haunted through the pass? I would have to say yes Pacheco Pass is haunted based on my own experiences and I have had other experiences while going through the pass. I have made the trip maybe 20 more times and never saw her.

That is a cool story.
A ghost story I once read was a truck driver going along 152 in the for
between San Luis Reservoir and Hollister and seeing a Stagecoach complete
with horses seemingly racing in the same direction to his right.  (He was
headed for Hollister).

There are also reports of people seeing Mr. Miller's daughter in Mount
Madona Park (Miller ruins...forget his first name).  She broke her neck and
died while horseback and taking a fall if I recall the story right.
