Natürlich; ich hatte vor meiner modernen eine aus Jugoslawien, Jahrzehnte alt.
Die hatte ich um 1980 mit Dürkopp-Kugellager plus Abdichtscheibe repariert, und
später fünf Schläuche oben durch besten Industrieschlauch ersetzt.

Die hatte ein mechanisches Schaltwerk, das ich mal mit TriEthylen reinigte.
Das Schaltwerk lief nach Stromausfall stur weiter, von dem kleinen Motor angetrieben.

Generell sollten alle Sensoren permanent überwacht werden.
Und falls in einer Stufe Bedingungen nicht erfüllt sind, muß eine Routine
aufgerufen werden, die temporär stoppt und fehlende Erfüllungen nachholt.
Dabei muß z.B. die verbleibende Zeitdauer neu errechnet werden, etc.
Ich bin bei der Beobachtung als Profi-Programmierer durchaus kritisch...
