So this payment in ruble thing. Is Russia learning at last? Hehe :-)

No, not so fast.

I think by the very fact that they waited till sanctions were imposed, 
and only then started resenting the yoke of Dollars pressing down on 
their shoulders, they are not learning the lesson even now. They're just 
reacting to it. Reacting to a problem is not the same as solving it.

Russians are CH like Europeans and most Americans after all.

Which of the functions of the ACOB in the MH is lacking here in 
Russians? :-) That's a mighty question for those who took time to 
carefully read my blog on ACOB and found it so revealing and useful.

The answer is that the missing function is precisely the function of 
DWP. Dealing With Predator. It is such a fundamental feature of the MH.

Ok, Russia is now confronted with consequences of its lack of DWP 
considerations prior to acting like the MH in regards to Ukraine. They 
miss those good times now where they could do much more and better about 
it and yet they didn't! CH is too sloppy about DWP. I have given most of 
the reasons behind this in that same blog.

And if you ask me, Russians will make this same mistake again in the 
future when they begin to forget that DWP is due all the time, not just 
in reaction to what other CH do to them. It is China and India, not 
Russia, that will do something substantial about it later.

Russia _needs_ the MH to guide them, use them, and get them to do what's 
been due for a few decades now.

Those who are well versed in Iranian history know that in 1951 Soviets 
took sides with the Americans and Britain when the latter placed 
sanctions on sale of Iranian oil when Iran nationalized its oil industry.

For any CH power, directly for lack of DWP, other CH powers seem 
comfortably workable entities that they should stick to and live happily 
ever after. Problem is, then wars between them becomes inevitable :) One 
after another. Over and over again.

You may think at least in periods in between such wars they experience 
comfort and more importantly happiness. Wrong! Look at European 
countries now. Putin today referred to them as nations subservient to 
their "overseas master and overlord."

Being someone's "bitch" denies you the happiness. But CH is used to 
being unhappy. In fact that's the only way they have known life :-) 
They're "unhappy" creatures.
