This time contain your coffee or tea in an all surrounding little sieve, like those in Vietnamese stores for inserting tea in hot water without dispersing the leaves everywhere. If it is of good quality, that is if it has an adequate amount of caffeine in it, you should see a diffusion of tiny bubbles out of the sieve surface. Almost like a white cloud. But back to the notion of good coffee, I believe it is based on two simultaneous conditions: 1- It should retain a lot of caffeine by the time you drink it. 2- You _must_ drink it at the right time, at the right place. Condition "2" has psychological reasons behind it and is every bit as required as caffeine itself.
