It can’t win the test of analytical compartments’ activity of modern 
human. It only fools the Cro-Magnons (it doesn’t seem to be fooling 
Blacks). It is used mainly as one of those myopic managerial decisions 
to get rid of long-term possibilities of growth just to secure a short 
term limited incentive.
