As long as they don't let the price drop it is clear they're still 
afraid of it. This isn't done by whales _or_ the bulk of owners, but by 
the financial system employing thousands of hands inside many buildings, 
constantly one part buying from the other and then buying it back from 
the latter. Easily programmable. All you need is enough men stealing 
from their customer's time and money to conduct such controls on the 
side and along their daily chores, and a program to simply tell them how 
many dodgecoins to buy or sell at the market value. They gain money too 
because newcomers and little men who just want to make pocket change are 
also involved, losing coins at the end of the day to these sharks.

It's been always like that, but much less so in crypto. In regular 
stocks you're fucked via many other mechanisms alongside the above. 
Unbelievable that people see the exceptions and attribute them to the 
rule in regular stock markets. We know that some people don't learn.

But inn Crypto, sharks can control the price as described above only 
until the number of ordinary folks investing in this coin begin to dwarf 
the number of financial system's hands. After that it doesn't matter 
what these hired men do. It only will matter what the bulk of investors 
have in mind about this coin.

We're not there yet, buy we want to have a huge number of coins when we 
get there :-) Otherwise it'll be too late for action for bulk of the 
people. Financial crooks know that and are trying their best to keep the 
price just high enough so such numbers of coins would stay beyond 
ordinary people's reach.

I think that's what explains the sluggish moves this coin is making.
