Nein, bei der Koaxialleitung hast Du Verluste durch Kapazitätsbelag, Induktivitätsbelag, Ableitungsbelag und Widerstandsbelag. Die Dielektrizität ist zwischen Innenleiter u. Außenleiter und das elektromagnetische Feld ist vollständig in ihr. Bei der Goubau-Leitung ist aber das elektromagnetische Feld fast ganz außerhalb der Dielektritität, darum ist die so verlustarm. Die Goubau-Leitung funktioniert ja ganz anders als die Koax-Leitung. Bei der Goubaut-Leitung wird das Feld ganz in Nähe des Leiters durch die Dielektrizität in Richtung Leiter gekippt.
