Well what can one say. I have enjoyed all bar the last few years on
these newsgroups however, at a time of severe trauma in my life, I have
been used as a tool for others to have fun with.

Sometimes mud sticks. It may not be warranted, some probably is, however
the current attacks on me have been nothing short of outlandish lies and
manifestations of someone who believes they are always right.

I used not respond in kind, but recently I have. I broke my own moral
code due to anger and frustration with people who were deliberately
baiting me.

I will state this.

1. I had my privacy settings set on facebook sometime ago so that no-one
could look me up and believed that to still be the case. Something I
found out today is not the case. There are numerous complaints about
this on facebook and people are not happy.
2. I am not a liar, and whilst I did start a degree in Science at JCU in
1981, I did not complete it due to not being eligible to get any
assistance with living costs and my father no longer being able to work
causing me to get a job to support myself. I am sure I am not the only
person in the world that this happened to.
3. I have no fear of what happens next and any information that is
released about me by anyone, because I know it not to be true.
4. I never started a science degree in 2013 and was most surprised by
the vitriolic assassination of my character and ability to study
recently portrayed on here.
5. I'm leaving here not because of the insipid threats made against me
by a certain person, but because I have made the decision that rather
than rail against the tide, I will go knowing that I have left behind a
group of friends, some who valued my technical expertise, many who I
have helped, and some who will remain my friends away from here.
6. In my time of these groups I have donated equipment to people, spent
time assisting others, and participated in some vigorous discussions.
7. I'm sorry to those people who will no longer benefit from my
assistance, however when the silent make no effort, evil triumphs.

Goodbye, good luck, and may you sleep the sleep of the just. Something I
do each night.
