Cross-posted to 2 groups.
I receive emails from Paypal talking about things like changes to the 'legal agreements' or other such rubbish, but there is no option in the email to unsubscribe. Is there law that requires companies to offer an opt-out to such communications, or does having an account with a company entitle the company to send any communications it chooses?
