OK. You want the truth, because you really don't accept it very well. I do not advocate ANY driver update program. I only update drivers if one is causing issues and then I go to either the computer manufacturers website or the motherboard manufacturers website and get the latest driver from there. For keeping the system clean I use CCleaner which cleans out the temp files. For removal of any garbage I use ADWCleaner and Malwarebytes. Generally with a good antivirus you don't get too much garbage though.
