Just one minor issue. Your front USB ports are no longer supporting some 
USB devices and your computer wont start with a mouse dongle inserted 
and you are calling it minor after you used a known piece of junk 
software...

It amuses me to see what people like you do to their computers in the 
never ending quest to gain a little speed. Want more speed, install a 
SSD drive and more memory. Problem solved. Need updated drivers, go to 
the manufacturers website and download them.

But now your machine wont start with the mouse dongle inserted in the 
ports and it will not see a USB mouse plugged in the front ports. This 
all occurred after you did the driver updates or was there an issue before?

So before you allowed iobit to update your drivers you never had a 
problem with the mouse dongle or the front USB ports?

See what I am getting at here is if the mouse dongle didn't stop the 
computer booting before if it was directly connected and it is now, then 
there is a hardware problem, not a software problem. This hardware 
problem may well have been introduced by the driver updater putting in 
an incorrect driver which has caused a chipset to fry or no longer 
function correctly. The reason I state this is because your computer is 
not getting to the boot stage before it is locking up, which indicates a 
hardware issue.

You could also have a faulty power supply or even a partially flat 
motherboard battery. All these things can induce weird errors. It could 
be bad sectors on the hard drive, however the worst case scenario is 
that your mainboard is failing. Looking in the event viewer as I 
suggested might assist in diagnosing the fault.
