Since there are different kinds of humans, there are different kinds of 'human natures'. For some people, the 'mental confirmation' of send comes BEFORE they hit send; for some other people, they might tend to have 'second thoughts' AFTER they 'overly hastily' send something 'rashly'. That is, some people do things rashly like email content, and some people don't ever do anything like that; so they don't need any kind of delay after the send button. -- Mike Easter
