I've made several improvement to aioe.org:

* the list of peers (remote usenet sites that exchange articles with my 
server) was cleared. At this point, all currently established feeds are 
working and all defunct servers were removed. I'm also revoked my feed 
with bluehosting because they send a lot of spam. I'm starting to search 
for some new feed because a lot of news server are no longer working and 
so i'm starting to lose some message but this will probably require a 
lot of time.

* aioe.org has got a new, responsive, site: http://news.aioe.org/
it isn't beautiful but it's much better than the previous one.
