Server maintenance

After several years i'm replacing my old server, which was obsolete, to 
a newer one that should be faster.

Migration is a bit slow because i've no time (aioe.org it's an hobby for 
me) and many components are really obsolete (and insecure).

At this point, nntp service seems to work again.

* As requested, initial timeout is now set to 15 seconds (that makes the 
life simpler for those who download the news from mobile devices).

* SSL certificate is now valid.

* Experimentally i'm trying to remove some checks which slow down the server

* all storage (past articles in the spool) was lost (16GB are a too 
large amount of data to transfer them)


Web service is still under refreshment
