I'm hoping that's per US gallon and not per liter. A liter is an 
acceptable unit of measurement for Diet Coke, not gasoline.

I have the suspicion that the switch in the booze industry from fifths to 
750 ml bottles has something to do with the 7 ml difference. No big deal 
for the consumer but when you're bottling Jim Beam those little mls add up 
fast.
