As a matter of fact I would not be surprised if one of them was still running some of my code. (although I will probably never know because they are not likely to reveal anything about their operation!!) The other one has tried "modernization" but as of the last time I heard anything about it, it was not going to happen and was considered somewhat impossible. :-) bill
