I posited a means of communication which allows one module to "call" a function in another module, purely by writing to stdout. All four (or however many) modules would run concurrently, and be waiting on stdin most of the time. Of course, the same technique could be used for true concurrency; with such a simple message-passing technique, there's no reason to wait for your response before continuing. ChrisA
