"Play" is an odd choice of verb. Are you under the impression that
Python is a game? Anyway, here's how to use Python:

1. Download Python from python.org.
2. Install Python on your local system.
3. Start Python from your OS command line.
4. ?
5. Profit!

If you can tell us in more detail which step it is that you're stuck
on and what problem you're running into, then maybe we can help.
